Warm and functional rooms, outstanding staff. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Great food, especially perfect breakfast. Compact hotel, had a really good service. Venue had a central location quite close to Railway Station.

Everything was lovely! The hotel was modest with warm enough rooms and I truly enjoyed approachable staff. Absolutely superb continental breakfast — fantastic selection. They made my stay fine.

Lovely place for exploring Heidelberg. The room was big and location was nice. Liked that the hotel was not far from the train station, 15 minutes' walk;)))
